Build the piece around its purpose
Plan brochures around a clear job: a convention handout that explains three product benefits. Main Graphics helps you turn that brief into a practical choice of format, artwork, and finish.
What to decide before artwork approval
Plan the reading order before finalizing your artwork. Fold positions, image placement, and panel widths all affect whether your brochure opens naturally.
Options for this project
- Bi-fold and tri-fold layouts
- Custom folds and sizes
- Paper and finish selection
Plan each distribution point
List where each piece will be used: the counter, an information packet, an event table, or follow-up mail. Assign quantities to those uses before combining them into one order.
Your quote should describe the finished piece
Include the size, quantity, number of artwork versions, required in-hand date, and any finishing or installation needs. Share the intended use as well as the file; it helps the team compare suitable materials and production approaches. Pricing, availability, and timing are confirmed with the team for your actual order.
